Code of Conduct & Vehicle Behaviour Clause – Zero-Tolerance Policy

All entrants, participants, and attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a safe, lawful, and respectful manner at all times throughout the duration of the event.

The HD HR Holden Nationals operate under a zero-tolerance policy for dangerous, irresponsible, or antisocial behaviour. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Burnouts, skids, excessive revving, racing, or any form of hooning

  • Erratic or aggressive driving

  • Failure to comply with road rules, venue regulations, or directions from event officials

While driving to, from, or around Mount Panorama, all drivers must strictly adhere to posted speed limits and road rules. Participants are reminded that Mount Panorama is a public road, and a heavy police presence is expected.

Once a vehicle has been parked, engines must be switched off, and no further movement of the vehicle is permitted unless directed by event officials.

All vehicles must be parked safely and remain intact at all times. This includes, but is not limited to, wheels remaining fitted to vehicles at all times while on event premises.

Any behaviour that places the event, venue permits, insurance coverage, or safety of others at risk will not be tolerated. Organisers reserve the right to:

  • Remove offenders from the event without refund

  • Report incidents to NSW Police or relevant authorities

By entering or attending the event, all participants acknowledge and accept this Code of Honour and understand that breaches may result in immediate disciplinary action.
