The HD & HR Holden Club N.S.W. Inc. and its representatives act solely as organizers of the activities and events outlined. While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the information provided, the Club accepts no responsibility for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in descriptions or details.
Participation in these activities is entirely at the individual’s own risk. The Club and its agents disclaim any liability for delays, damages, personal injuries, losses, or fatalities resulting from participation or arising from actions or omissions by third-party service providers.
All participants are reminded to adhere strictly to local road laws and regulations, including speed limits, licensing requirements, and vehicle compliance standards, throughout the duration of the event. Additionally, participants are expected to comply with alcohol laws, including blood alcohol concentration (BAC) limits, and ensure they are fit to drive at all times. Any breach of these laws is the sole responsibility of the individual.
The HD & HR Holden Club N.S.W. Inc. encourages safe and responsible behavior at all times and strongly advises participants to take appropriate safety measures during all activities.
Refund Policy
If you are unable to attend the 2026 Nationals, the following refund terms will apply:
Cancellation on or before 30/03/2026: A full refund of all monies paid for your entry will be issued.
Cancellation after 30/03/2026: No refund will be provided. However, your shirt(s) and goodie bag will be sent to you via Australia Post within a reasonable period following the conclusion of the event.
Please note that Sunday, 30/03/2026, is the firm cut-off date for normal entries. No exceptions will be made beyond this date.
